서울숲 정원도슨트 투어 (영어) Seoul Forest Garden Docent Tour

○ 일정 : 매일 2회

- 5~6월, 9~10월 : 15:00~16:00, 17:00~18:00

- 7~8월 : 17:00~18:00, 19:00~20:00

○ 참여 대상 : 모든 시민 누구나

○ 참여 인원 : 회차당 20명 내외

○ 프로그램 내용 : 행사 소개 및 정원 영어 해설

○ 참가비 : 무료

○ 참여 방법 : 네이버 예약을 통한 사전접수 서울숲 정원도슨트 투어(영어) 접수 바로가기

○ 집결 장소: 종합안내소(서울숲역 4번 출구 또는 서울숲 2번 GATE 앞 200M 이내)

○ 기타 안내 사항

- 투어 예약은 각 회차 시작 1시간 전까지 가능합니다.

- 예약은 네이버 예약을 통해서만 진행되며, 1개의 대표 ID로 다수 인원 예약이 가능합니다.

- 회차별 정원이 마감될 경우 해당 시간대는 자동으로 예약이 마감됩니다.

- 사전에 모바일 예약이 어려우신 경우에는 종합안내소로 오시면 안내를 도와드리겠습니다. 다만, 사전 예약으로 잔여 인원이 없는 경우 참여가 제한될 수 있습니다.

- 본 투어는 원활한 운영을 위해 최소 4인 이상 신청 시 진행됩니다. 최소 인원 미달 시, 투어 시작 1시간 전까지 네이버 예약 알림을 통해 취소 안내가 이루어질 예정이오니 이용에 참고 부탁드립니다.

- 프로그램은 정각에 출발할 예정이니 출석 체크를 위해 집결 장소까지 10분 전에 도착해주시기 바랍니다.

- 참여 정보를 잘못 기입할 경우 프로그램 참여가 불가능할 수 있습니다.

- 투어 예약은 매월 25일에 다음 달 예약 페이지가 오픈됩니다.

○ Meeting Point : Information Center (within 200 m of Seoul Forest Station Exit 4 or Seoul Forest Gate 2)

○ Important Information

- Bookings close 1 hour prior to each session.

- Booking is available exclusively via NAVER Booking.

- Multiple participants may be booked under one account.

- Bookings will close automatically once capacity is reached.

- If you are unable to make a mobile booking in advance, please visit the Information Center for assistance. However, participation may be limited if the session is fully booked in advance.

- This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via NAVER Booking up to 1 hour before the tour start time.

- Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.

- Please note that incorrect booking information may affect participation.

- Bookings open on the 25th of each month for the following month.
